WitlySupplyCo. is a research and development project, created by Witly.

Our goods are made with makers in mind.

Okay, what is Witly?

Witly is our parent company; an agency for makers that specializes in physical goods and digital marketing tools that matter. 

How can I find my correct size?

Our products are made to be worn by makers of all gender and identity.

To find the perfect fit for you, we have included sizing charts on all of our product pages.

How should I care for my WitlySupplyCo. products?

We suggest washing all garments inside out, in a cold water cycle, and hanging to dry.

For all dishware, we suggest hand washing.

Where do you ship from?

Our fulfillment and production facility at Witly, located in Hamilton, ON.

How can I return my order?

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
